We do not store any card numbers, UPI IDs, or bank details on our servers. All payment data is handled directly by Razorpay (a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor). We only receive a payment confirmation token and order ID from Razorpay.
c) Usage Data
- Practice test responses, OLQ scores, and progress data
- Pages visited, session duration, and feature interactions
- Device type and browser information (for performance optimisation)
d) Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies (e.g., basic page view analytics) to improve the Platform. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly without them.
3. How We Use Your Information

- To provide and personalise your learning experience
- To process payments and send payment receipts

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed password storage, and secure server infrastructure to protect your personal data. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records for tax compliance).
